The foragers of wild edibles known as fiddleheads can be found across the globe. However, this seasonal delicacy is most commonly harvested and eaten in the here in Maine. And our Fiddlehead Foodie Fest is especially timely. Local Chefs will join us in creating Fiddlehead inspired creative dishes on Saturday, May 16th! This 21 & over event will be complete with a fiddlehead cooking competition from Fish Bones of Lewiston, world reknown Chef Will Beriau from Gray and more to restaurants to be announced soon! In addition to some amazing dishes that you get to judge, you will also be able to sample Maine craft beer from Allagash Brewing, and cider from Woodman's Hard Cider. The first 150 to buy their ticket will get a FREE Allagash beer glass!
